By using a license legally acquired from us, the buyer is granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on up to a maximum of three computers belonging to the buyer's household or company for an unlimited period of time.

To use the software on more than three computers in a household or company, the purchase of a corresponding number of additional usage licenses is required.

The upgrade discount for owners of a minor version to the major version is 2/3 of the minor version = USD 16.00 If owners of a minor version registered to them provide the name registered with us and the corresponding email address when upgrading to the major version, they will receive the ICE Major license at the reduced price of only USD 33.00 instead of the regular USD 49.00 .
This corresponds to a total price of Minor (USD 24.00) + Upgrade Minor - Major (USD 33.00) = Euro 57.00.

Unfortunately, we have to charge this surcharge of USD 8.00 for the Minor - Major upgrade (compared to the direct purchase of a major license), as we have to generate licenses twice and send them to you.

Please note:
In accordance with the requirements of Section 34a of the Sales Tax Implementation Ordinance (small business rule), we issue a simplified invoice for your license purchase. Sales tax (in accordance with the tax exemption according to Section 19 Paragraph 1 of the Sales Tax Act) is not shown separately in this invoice.

After submitting this order form, you will receive an order confirmation by email and can use the information in this email to pay the purchase price to us either via PayPal or bank transfer.
After receipt of your payment, we will usually send the user license you purchased as an attachment with the invoice to your above-mentioned email address within 24 hours.

Please note that without filling out and sending the above order form, your order cannot be processed, despite receipt of money!
